If you choose not to enter an email address and address suburb, we'll be unable to provide accurate information about what services are available. Additionally, traffic data is collected indirectly by our website through cookies, geo-referencing data etc, for website user analytics.

All data is treated confidentially, and we keep your information safe by storing it securely with access restricted to Pets At Home staff.

Pets At Home is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Pets At Home is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
